Yeah...the D3 is definately nice...

Well I haven't had a whole lot of time to go to any fun destinations with my new D3 yet, (I'll be in San Antonio most of next week, so I should get some good "test" shots there) but thought I might post this shot today. My sister came home for the weekend, and she was sitting in the kitchen when I popped around the corner, paparazzi style with my 105VR (my favorite lens but I hardly ever use it) and squeezed off a couple photos. Very little PP (post-processing for non-photogs) just some slight unsharp mask on the eyes and a slight exposure adjust in Aperture. Thanks to Armin for the tip about Photobucket to get large images on Blogspot!

Wow that image quality is simply awesome... can't wait to see more! Enjoy some tex-mex food when you're down in San Antonio!

This camera simply allows me to be fully creative, no longer am I restricted to what my gear can do. Glad that you liked it!
